ReImaged Health The Functional Way LLC is operated by Catherine Nutting DNP, ARNP, a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Nebraska and Florida.. Our services focus on functional medicine principles, which aim to identify and address the root causes of illness through a personalized, patient-centered approach. Functional medicine certification does not grant or expand any additional legal or specialty status; we practice strictly within the scope of our professional FNP licensure in Nebraska and Florida. 

2. Informational Purposes Only:

The content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. 3. Functional Medicine Approach:

Any nutritional or functional medicine/health protocols suggested are intended to support the natural physiological and biochemical processes of the human body. Statements made regarding our services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Not a Medical Office; No Insurance Filing:

ReImaged Health is not a traditional medical office and does not accept insurance directly. We do not file insurance claims on your behalf. We can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We are not networked with any insurance providers. Clients with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Christian shared insurances are often able to submit claims for services. We also offer services with discounted cash lab pricing outside of insurance billing.

5. Testimonials and Guarantees:

Any reviews or other material that could be regarded as a testimonial or endorsement do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any consultation. Testimonials on this website represent the anecdotal experience of individual consumers.

6. Privacy and Data Security:

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other relevant data you provide to us when using our website or purchasing our services. By providing this information, you grant us permission to use and store it. We will use our best efforts to keep such information safe and secure. Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments and Consultations:

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require [e.g., 24-48 hours] notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If prior notification is not given, you may be charged a cancellation fee of [e.g., 50% of the scheduled visit fee or a flat fee like $100-$150] for the missed appointment.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without proper notification will result in a charge of [e.g., 50% of the scheduled visit fee or a flat fee like $100-$150].

  • Office Visits: All office visits and consultations are generally non-refundable once rendered.

  • New Patient Deposits: For new patients, a deposit of [e.g., $100] may be required to secure your initial appointment. This fee will be applied towards your first visit. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy, this deposit may be forfeited and is non-refundable.

2. Programs and Packages:

  • Program Commencement: Health coaching and medical programs are typically non-refundable once started. We strongly recommend timing the start of all programs with the expectation that they will be completed without breaks.

  • Early Cancellation (within a specific timeframe): If you are seeking a refund within [e.g., 7 days] of subscribing to a program, a partial refund [e.g., 90% of the subscription amount] may be issued. Your [e.g., seven days] are counted from the day you make the payment.

  • After Initial Period: Beyond [e.g., 7 days] of subscribing to a program, the entire subscription amount paid by you shall stand forfeited, and we shall not be liable to refund the subscription amount.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In unexpected life circumstances that legitimately make it difficult to carry out your coaching or treatment protocols, we will work with you where possible to either pause your program and restart when circumstances allow, or adjust your treatment and appointment schedule to accommodate needed changes.

3. Products and Supplements:

  • Returns: Products can be returned within [e.g., 7 days] of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must have been received in the last [e.g., 7 days], be in its original packaging, not be damaged, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds for Products: Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Supplements: Please note that there are generally no refunds or returns on all supplements.

4. Subscriptions (e.g., Monthly Support):

  • Non-Refundable: Subscriptions (Maintenance Support, Thyroid Maintenance or Hormones Maintenance) start on the day of payment and are non-refundable once paid. Payments recur monthly on the same date unless canceled by you.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, please contact our office. If your monthly payment is made on the 15th and you call to cancel after the 15th of the month, your subscription will remain active through the next month on the 14th, and then no further charges will be made.

5. Online Courses/Digital Products:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Some online courses may offer a [e.g., 30-day] money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may receive a full refund of your tuition, minus taxes and fees. No full or partial refunds will be issued after the initial [e.g., 30 days].

  • Exceptions: Due to the live and small group nature of certain advanced courses and their long waiting lists, there may be no refunds provided following receipt of payment for these specific programs.
